Feeding section:

Printing section:

1,Steel plate material, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
2,Balance correction, smooth operation.
3,Ratchet fixed plate shaft.
4,Loading and unloading printing plate, foot switch electric control positive and negative rotation.

5,The gap of printing roller is adjusted manually, the dial displays the adjustment data.

Die cutting section:

1,The roller is plated with hard chrome on the surface of high quality steel, and the dynamic balance correction is to increase its operation stability and reliability.
2,Die cutting rollers and rubber pad rollers are of international standard size, and suitable template and rubber pad can be purchased anywhere in the country.
3,The gap between the die cutting roller and the rubber cushion roller is electrically adjusted, parameters can be set and adjustment data can be displayed.
4,The phase of die - cutting roller adopts three planets structure, high precision, large bearing capacity, stop, operation can be electric digital 360° adjustment.
5,The rubber pad roller is automatically lifted to reduce the abrasion when the paper feeding is stopped.
6,The rubber pad is made of polyurethane felt sleeve produced in Taiwan, which can achieve 100% cutting rate and smooth incision.
7,The replacement order of the rubber pad shall be subject to the loading and unloading operation manual of the rubber pad.
